Elizabeth Ann Kamalay

Elizabeth Ann Kamalay, 44, beloved wife and mother passed away peacefully on March 18, 2024. She was born on May 20, 1979 in Columbus, Ohio to Katie Schleppi and the late General Douglas Hickman.   Beth will be remembered for her compassion, kindness, and humor. She touched the lives of many throughout her career as a nurse and nurse educator, as well as through her devotion and loyalty to her family and many friends.  She enjoyed traveling, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her favorite Ohio college teams.  Beth is survived by husband Charles (CJ), children Benn, Blake, Avery, and Abrielle, parents Katie and Mike Schleppi, and siblings Michelle, Mark, Missy and Melinda who will cherish her memory dearly. Her legacy will continue to inspire and guide us. A Celebration of Life will be held on March 24, 2024 from 4-6 PM at Ganderson Brothers Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to support the educational pursuits of her youngest children, Avery and Abrielle.
